Job summary

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to supervise daily operations, improve productivity, and ensure safe, efficient workflow in our New York facility.

You will coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment, lead a team, and uphold OSHA safety standards while supporting continuous improvement.

This role requires 2+ years in warehousing, forklift experience, and strong communication; RF scanners and WMS familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience, leadership preferred.
• Proficiency with warehouse equipment and safety practices.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with WMS or RF scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support warehouse staff; assign tasks and monitor productivity.
• Oversee picking, packing, staging, loading and receiving.
• Ensure safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks.
• Verify inbound/outbound freight accuracy and documentation.
• Support cycle counts, stock rotation, replenishment and accuracy.
• Enforce OSHA standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.
• Resolve workflow issues and pursue continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with supervisors, drivers, and other departments.

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, support team productivity, and ensure safe, efficient workflow. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, handson equipment experience, and the ability to coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Team leadership — Lead, train, and support warehouse associates; assign tasks and monitor productivity
• Workflow coordination — Oversee daily operations including picking, packing, staging, loading, and receiving
• Equipment oversight — Ensure safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment
• Shipping & receiving — Verify inbound/outbound freight accuracy, condition, and documentation
• Inventory control — Support cycle counts, stock rotation, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
• Safety compliance — Enforce OSHA standards, conduct equipment checks, and maintain a clean, hazardfree environment
• Problemsolving — Resolve workflow issues, address discrepancies, and support continuous improvement
• Communication — Coordinate with supervisors, drivers, and other departments to meet operational goals

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience; leadership experience preferred
• Proficiency with warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
