Position Overview

The Warehouse Lead at PGW Auto Glass reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible for filling orders, handling products, materials, supplies, and equipment. PGW offers competitive pay, 401K, medical, vision, dental, and PTO.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist with scheduling and oversee daily assignments to ensure quality control and productivity.
2. Lead storage and handling of production materials for receipt or shipment.
3. Coordinate and oversee daily cycle counts of production materials.
4. Enforce and coach safety practices, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
5. Train team members and resolve work problems.
6. Establish or adjust work procedures to meet deadlines.
7. Supervise warehouse activities including truck loading/unloading, bin management, and restocking.
8. Perform parts pulling, staging, and loading/stocking of trucks.
9. Verify inventory levels and assist sales staff with stock inquiries.
10. Perform duties related to shipping and receiving as needed.
11. Complete daily warehouse assignments and support team communication.
12. Lead and prioritize team tasks, acting as a liaison between staff and supervisors.
13. Manage warehouse personnel in the absence of managers.

Compensation: $24/hr
