This position leads, monitors, and supervises the day-to-day activities of a functional group in a designated work area. It is a working lead position, requiring the ability to perform responsibilities while working within the assigned labor group.

Responsibilities

1. Provide line management support to the team, coordinate workloads, monitor issues, and ensure production goals are met to satisfy customer requirements.
2. Ensure all employees within the assigned work group operate according to company standards.
3. Manage the daily activities of the team.
4. Provide guidance, support, and training to new team members.
5. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and processes.
6. Facilitate communication between management and team members.
7. Develop work instructions.

Requirements

1. Ability to teach, train, and develop associates.

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Diploma or GED equivalency.
7. Prior RF unit experience preferred.
8. At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
