Job summary

DP World in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a Warehouse Lead to plan, direct, and coordinate warehouse operations at the facility. The role involves leading staff, ensuring KPI32s and processes are followed, and coordinating with other departments to optimize workflow.

Schedule may fluctuate to meet production goals and KPIs. The successful candidate will have prior lead experience in a logistics or manufacturing setting and be capable of representing the supervisor when needed.

About the Role

How you will contribute

• Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
• Assist with monitoring daily KPI’s, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time.
• Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required.
• Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy.
• Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities.

Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business.
