Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics in Houston, TX is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to support supervisors and directly lead a small team of warehouse associates. You will ensure smooth daily operations, train new staff, and maintain safety and efficiency.

The role requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience, Mandarin skills, and strong organizational and communication abilities, with willingness to work overtime. Familiarity with scanners or WMS is a plus.

About the Role

The Warehouse Team Leader supports supervisors in managing daily warehouse operations while directly leading a small group of associates. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into leadership or grow their career in logistics.
