Compensation:
  • Starts at $25 per hour
Shift Available:
  • 7:00am - 7:00pm on a 2-2-3 schedule
Leadership/Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • No supervisory responsibilities
  • Train new employees and perform ongoing training to ensure understanding of job requirements
  • Provide feedback on employee performance and activities
  • Observe performance to provide constructive feedback and opportunities for improvement
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • One (1) year of warehouse or material handling operations experience in a fast-paced environment
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including report and document creation
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organizational skills to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Ability to train employees on technology, processes, and procedures
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) license
  • Basic math and dimensional counting skills
  • Experience with purchasing and inventory software
  • Proficiency in English for effective training and communication
Preferences:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous lead role experience preferred
  • Prior SAP experience preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing or high-volume warehouse environment preferred
  • Experience in paper converting, chemical/plastics processing, or packaging industrial experience preferred
