Are you ready to take charge of warehouse operations for some of the world's most iconic events? Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Lead to join the team and oversee logistics for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 and FIFA World Cup 2026.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000

About the Role:

As the Warehouse Lead, you will be at the helm of a high-energy operation, ensuring seamless management of inventory, logistics, and staff. From coordinating Look and Wayfinding materials to optimizing warehouse processes, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering world-class events. This position offers the chance to lead a team, drive process improvements, and work closely with logistics, procurement, and event teams to ensure the success of these global tournaments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse operations: receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
• Oversee inventory control using industry-standard systems.
• Lead logistics planning and coordinate distribution to multiple venues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff.
• Optimize workflows, space utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Support pre-event setups and post-event logistics.
