Responsibilities

We are seeking a Warehouse Stocking - Team Lead to join our growing team. The Warehouse Stocking - Team Lead is is responsible for helping plan, guide, and direct teammembers in an efficient and timely manner to meet the daily inventory replenishment demands, meetproductivity expectations and work deadlines, handle administration duties, trouble shooting, problemsolving, training with all team members.

To succeed as a Warehouse Stocking - Team Lead you must be accurate, able to work at a fast pace, prompt, willing to work as part of the team, willing to work a flexible schedule and committed to providing our customers with an excellent experience.

Position Responsibilities

  • Ensuring team associates follow proper procedures, and that safety, productivity and quality goals are achieved.
  • Assisting in the training of new associates.
  • Maintaining excellent cross-functional and interdepartmental communication.
  • Directs and oversees the Internet process of picking, sorting, packing, and processing to meet customer deadlines
  • Assist receiving and inventory supervisors to help navigate and prioritize incoming product.
  • Monitor systems and emails frequently to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep work areas clean and clear of safety hazards
Qualifications

Position Qualifications and Requirements

  • Able to work weekends.
  • Excellent attendance
  • 2-3 year's of hands on supervisory experience required.
  • 1-year stocking/receiving experience.
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Read, write, and understand the English language (Spanish is a plus+)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Good people skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate various materials handling equipment including fork trucks and pallet jacks.
  • Ability to lift 50-pounds and operate various materials handling equipment including fork trucks and pallet jacks.
  • Maintain and promote workplace safety
