A Day in the Life

As a weekend Order Fulfillment Processing Lead, you'll work four 10-hour shifts and play a key role in leading the order fulfillment team by ensuring the picking, packing, and outbound auditing are completed within client SLA’s. You'll work with products from clients involved in active lifestyles.

Success involves engaging positively with your team, demonstrating attention to detail, organizational skills, and motivating your team. You will ensure processes are followed and KPIs are met, acting as a positive role model and proactive problem-solver.

The Schedule for This Role

Friday through Monday, 5:00am - 3:30pm (Enjoy 3-day long weekends every week)

Starting Pay

$21.00 per hour plus a $1.00 weekend shift differential

All About You

What you'll bring:

• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and pay close attention to detail
• Experience leading personnel effectively and efficiently
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities

The Must Haves

• 2+ years of warehousing/light industrial experience; leadership experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
• Must be 18 or older
• Physical ability to perform essential functions, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing/walking for long periods, climbing ladders/stairs, and tolerating dust, noise, and temperature variations
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required

• Collaborate with supervisors on labor planning based on forecasts
• Perform warehouse duties such as picking, packing, scanning, and tagging
• Follow safety rules, procedures, and SOPs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
