Job summary

Versant Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse & Lab Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure manufacturing and warehouse systems supporting laboratory and distribution center operations. The role requires travel to the Optical Lab in PA and a valid driver’s license.

The position emphasizes data integrity, system access control, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve system and data issues in line with QMS and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or similar required.
• 3-5 years experience with IT/warehouse systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure DVI and warehouse systems databases and access.
• Generate scheduled and ad hoc system reports.
• Update system data for providers, lens and frame information.
• Coordinate backups of lab and warehouse systems.
• Support testing and implementation of system upgrades.
