Job summary

You will lead a diverse team, manage KPI-driven performance, and partner with quality and support functions to optimize costs and throughput. The role requires 5+ years supervisory experience in high-volume manufacturing, knowledge of lab operations, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing facility.
• Experience supervising a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of laboratory operations, equipment, workflow and procedures, and quality systems.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex English instructions, correspondence, and/or memos and write similar correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing operations with accountability for quality, cost, delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive site performance using KPIs for productivity, quality, cost, capacity, and service.
• Ensure consistent processes and procedures to support efficient operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead continuous improvement across manufacturing, quality, and support functions to reduce costs and improve throughput.
• Develop metrics and KPI’s from the customer back to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Lead and develop the site management team; manage performance and provide coaching.
