Job summary

Lilly seeks a QC laboratory IT specialist to validate equipment and software systems and to maintain data integrity within the QC laboratory. The role involves deploying QC IT systems such as LabVantage LIMS, Empower, MODA, NuGenesis ELN and SDMS while collaborating with Global Quality Laboratory Network.

You will support audits, develop local procedures, and ensure compliance with cGMP and safety standards. Some weekend support and minimal travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer science, life science, or applied science field.
• IT systems experience including installation and qualification of laboratory IT systems.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a GMP laboratory.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Performs/Supports validation of laboratory equipment and software systems.
• Supports validated state of software-based computerized systems in the lab.
• Leads/guides site deployment and upgrades of QC IT systems (LabVantage LIMS, Empower, MODA, NuGenesis ELN, SDMS).
• Ensures data integrity by design within the QC laboratory.
• Acts as QC laboratory data integrity local representative.
• Supports audits and inspection activities.
