Job summary

VIP, Inc. seeks a compassionate Job Coach to support clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities at the Cintas warehouse in Ontario. You will guide a small group of 3–4 individuals, provide training, and help them succeed in a warehouse setting.

The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, progress documentation, and open communication with supervisors. The position offers an overnight schedule, competitive pay, and benefits to support a meaningful work life.

Qualifications

• Available for overnight shift (8 p.m.–4:30 a.m.)
• Warehouse or production experience preferred
• Experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is a plus
• Must be 21+ with a HS diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, reliable transportation

As a Job Coach, you'll work directly with a small group of clients (typically 3-4 individuals) at the Cintas warehouse in Ontario. These clients are eager to work and grow- you'll be right there beside them, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical training to help them succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Quality checking uniforms for holes, stains, etc. and separating accordingly
• Providing hands-on support while encouraging independence and workplace confidence
• Monitoring productivity to ensure team goals are met
• Identifying each client’s strengths and growth areas, and providing one-on-one training when needed
• Documenting progress and keeping open communication with supervisors and case managers
• Creating a supportive, professional, and inclusive work environment for our clients and employer partners

What We're Looking For

• Someone who is available to work 8 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.
• Someone who enjoys warehouse work and truly wants to make a positive impact
• Experience in warehouse or production settings is strongly preferred
• Background working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required
• Must be 21 years or older, with a high school diploma or GED
• A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
