Job summary

Witco, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Direct Support Professional at our Ontario Office to work with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in a supportive employment setting.

This position emphasizes coaching, guiding, and mentoring participants to reach their potential and maintain meaningful work. The ideal candidate will be independent, trustworthy, and aligned with a not-for-profit, mission-driven culture that offers growth opportunities and employer-paid health

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to transport workers to various work sites.
• Basic computer, math, and data-tracking skills.
• Must be available to maintain a flexible work schedule (days, nights, weekends).
• Must have valid driver’s license/ vehicle insurance and a clean driving record.

We are currently hiring for a Full-Time Direct Support Professional

This position entails working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in an employment setting. The Direct Support Professional provides services to individuals to help with job activities to help them attain and maintain employment and reach personnel goals. This includes being a coach, guide, and mentor for them as we help realize their potential.

Schedule: Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is able to work independently and maintain a high degree of integrity. This position will allow you to inspire the lives of others while also working for a not-for-profit, mission driven company, with over 40 years of caring for individuals with disabilities.
