Job summary

VIP, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Job Coach to support clients in warehouse settings. You will work on-site with a small group (3–4 individuals), guiding them through tasks like packing and sorting while promoting independence and confidence.

You will monitor progress, tailor one-on-one coaching, and document outcomes. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation help ensure access to various site locations across the Rialto area.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work on-site at warehouse facilities.
• Experience in warehouse or production environments preferred.
• Background with intellectual/developmental disabilities a plus but not required.
• Must be 21+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients through tasks like packing, labeling, sorting, sanitation or general production work.
• Provide hands-on support while encouraging independence and workplace confidence.
• Monitor productivity to help the team meet goals.
• Identify each client's strengths and provide one-on-one training as needed.
• Document progress and maintain communication with supervisors and case managers.
• Create a supportive, professional, and inclusive work environment for clients and employer partners.
