VIP, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Job Coach to support clients in warehouse settings. You will work on-site with a small group (3–4 individuals), guiding them through tasks like packing and sorting while promoting independence and confidence.
You will monitor progress, tailor one-on-one coaching, and document outcomes. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation help ensure access to various site locations across the Rialto area.
