Starting pay is $60,000 per year with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, LTD/STD, and PTO. The candidate will enforce training, safety programs, and inventory control across three shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of supervisory leadership in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance.
• 10 Hour OSHA certification training for general industry.
• OSHA forklift/scissor lift certification.
• Strong communication with internal and external customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational budget, labor planning and cost optimization.
• Direct supervision of janitorial operations personnel.
• Ensure proper training and safety compliance for all personnel.
• Coordinate daily schedules and maintain three-shift coverage.
• Enforce PPE usage and safe handling of chemicals.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and incident reporting procedures.
