The position requires 4+ years of supervisory experience, OSHA certifications, and strong communication with internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of supervisory and leadership experience in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance.
• 10 Hour OSHA certification training for general industry.
• OSHA standards Forklift/Scissor lift operator certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational financial budget, labor planning, and cost optimization.
• Supervise janitorial operations personnel and ensure training.
• Maintain safety programs and incident reporting procedures.
• Coordinate daily operations across shifts and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and take disciplinary actions when needed.
