Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Warehouse Janitorial Site Supervisor for a full-time, permanent role. The position oversees janitorial operations at a site, with shifts that include days and nights and weekend work. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with schedule SUN-WED 6PM-5AM available.

Responsibilities include leading a team, supporting escalations, and ensuring safety standards. KBSPresence is used for timekeeping and attendance, with cell-phone reimbursement where required.

Qualifications

• Lead/supervisory experience (1+ years).
• Understand OSHA safety guidelines and forklift instructions.
• Customer-service oriented with ability to motivate team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex janitorial operation.
• Respond to escalations for Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations.
• Clean and maintain rooms, restrooms, offices, and breakrooms as needed.
• Follow the Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Coordinate shifts and coverage with team and shift lead.
• Provide timely escalation reporting to KBS Management.
