Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) is hiring a Warehouse Janitorial Site Supervisor to lead daily cleaning operations at a U.S. facility in Chesapeake, VA. This full-time role oversees a janitorial crew, ensures safety compliance, and supports the Maintenance Operations Center.

Shifts vary including days and weekends; starting pay is $16.00 per hour with benefits and participation in the KBSPresence timekeeping system.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a lead/supervisory role
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions
• Customer service oriented, friendly, and positive demeanor
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals, and safety data sheets (English; Spanish where required)
• KBSPresence timekeeping app usage and policy for clocking in/out

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex task oriented janitorial operation environment.
• Provide direct support to Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations by responding to escalations.
• Clean rooms, halls, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms and other areas as needed.
• Follow Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Coordinate callouts and shift coverage with team and shift lead.
• Deliver feedback and escalate issues to KBS Management.
