• Experience in janitorial operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational budget, labor planning, and cost optimization.
• Direct supervision of janitorial operations personnel.
• Ensures safety training and proper PPE use for all staff.
• Coordinates daily schedules and shift coverage across 3 shifts.
• Maintains compliance with company policies and safety programs.
• Manages inventory of chemicals and supplies and forklift safety.
