HES Facilities Management seeks a Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair janitorial warehouse equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. The role focuses on industrial cleaning machines and related warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities include coordinating warehouse activities, reviewing equipment shipments, overseeing stock, and using hand tools to inspect components for defects. Strong problem-solving and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred.
• 2+ years maintenance experience in warehouse/manufacturing/industrial env.
• Clean driving record; no tickets or accidents within 3 years.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Repairs vacuums, wet/dry vacuums, auto-scrubbers, and low-speed floor machines/buffers.
• Coordinates daily activities of workers in receiving, shipping, loading/unloading, and stock maintenance in a warehouse.
• Reviews shipping equipment and products to the office nationwide and elsewhere.
• Oversees warehouse equipment, maintains inventory records, and distributes materials.
• Proficient in using hand tools and inspecting parts for defects.
