Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Janitorial/Housekeeping position to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.

The role supports daily operations by following safety practices, reporting facility concerns, and providing courteous, professional service. The position offers compensation of $18–$22 per hour and requires a minimum of one year of janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance.
• Knowledge of workplace safety hazards and proper use of cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete work thoroughly and consistently.
• Professional, polite, and courteous when interacting with employees and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties in common areas throughout the facility.
• Complete minor repairs and routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing light fixtures or clearing clogged pipes.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, cafeteria areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Perform limited groundskeeping duties, including mowing, trimming lawns and hedges, and clearing snow from sidewalks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized janitor’s room and ensure cleaning and maintenance supplies are properly stocked.
• Inspect facility areas for safety hazards and report deficiencies or maintenance concerns to the supervisor.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Follow Triple-S safe work practices at all times and promptly report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
