Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Tech to perform routine facility and equipment upkeep, clean and sanitize spaces, and assist with grounds maintenance. The role requires adherence to MSDS guidelines and safe chemical disposal.

Responsibilities include coordinating repairs with supervisors, painting, maintaining lighting and ceiling tiles, and ensuring recycling programs are followed. The position is on-site and safety-sensitive, with minimal supervision expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Familiar with MSDS and safe chemical disposal.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine facility and equipment maintenance.
• Identify and coordinate repairs per company standards.
• Clean floors, service restrooms, empty trash and manage recycling.
• Maintain grounds including mowing, hedges, mulching.
• Paint, lighting, ceiling tile replacements, window cleaning.
• Operate with minimal supervision.

The Facilities Maintenance Tech will perform maintenance duties as directed by the Warehouse Manager. Performs manual repairs as needed; cleaning in all areas of the facility; maintain the grounds to include mowing, trimming hedges, mulching; sweeping sidewalks, parking lots; snow, and ice removal, etc.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms routine facility/building maintenance and equipment maintenanceIdentifies and coordinates repairs or improvements in accordance with company standardsCleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuumingServices and supplies restroomsEmpties all trash cans; consolidate trash for pickup; ensures all recycling programs and policies are implemented and followedFamiliar with MSDS, storing and using chemicals safely, and proper chemical disposalSome painting, lighting, ceiling tile replacements, window cleaningSelf-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervisionSAFETYDue to the physical requirements, as well as the need to maintain a high level of alertness in the work environment, this is a safety-sensitive position.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSMust be at least 18 years of ageHigh School diploma/GED
