Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Facilities Technician, Maintenance to support the Operations, Engineering & Maintenance Department. You will apply predictive and preventive maintenance to critical production equipment in the warehouse, including HVAC, compressors, and forklifts.

You will analyze, troubleshoot, and work with supervision to resolve issues across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. You will perform corrective and preventive maintenance, maintain records in Maintenance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance, facilities, or related experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Formal training or certification in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC trades.
• Experience with predictive/preventive maintenance charts and data.
• Familiarity with PLC systems and CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Provide mid-level maintenance support for production equipment including HVAC, compressors, and forklifts.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building and equipment systems.
• Maintain safety, 5S, and cleanliness in work areas and follow energy lockout/tagout procedures.
• Record work orders, update maintenance documents, and track parts and time.
