Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking an IT Help Desk Associate to provide basic technical support for warehouse users, workstations, printers, scanners, and other common IT equipment in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will troubleshoot login issues, application access, printing problems, device connectivity, and basic hardware concerns, while following documented procedures and maintaining ticket quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years distribution center operations experience is a plus.
• Strong customer-service mindset and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical support for warehouse users, workstations, printers, scanners, and common IT equipment.
• Assist with troubleshooting login issues, application access, printing problems, device connectivity, and basic hardware concerns.
• Create, update, and close support tickets with clear notes, status updates, and resolution information.
• Support setup, replacement, and basic configuration of PCs, RF scanners, label printers, and workstations.
• Escalate complex issues to IT teams when needed and communicate timely updates.
