Job summary

Würth Elektronik Group is seeking an IT Help Desk Support technician to assist end users with computer software and hardware issues, perform basic installations, and document problems for tracking in our systems.

You will respond to calls, emails, and online requests, set up equipment for employee use, run diagnostics, and collaborate with other teams to resolve routine problems while maintaining a professional, user‑friendly approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT support or helpdesk experience required.
• Familiarity with hardware peripherals and software installation.
• Ability to troubleshoot common end‑user issues and document solutions.

Responsibilities

• Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operations.
• Set up equipment for employee use and install operating systems and software.
• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware or software per specifications.
• Read manuals, diagnose problems, and provide technical assistance.
• Inspect equipment and prepare for delivery to users.
• Modify and customize programs for internal needs.
