Job summary

Conectiv is seeking an IT Support Specialist to liaison between IT and business users, troubleshoot warehouse systems, and maintain SOPs. You will manage incidents, support hardware and networks, and assist with warehouse configurations and security groups.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of IT support experience in a corporate, manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between IT and business users to define requirements for system enhancements and program changes.
• Support and manage TeamDynamix/ServiceNow incidents through resolution and closure.
• Provide daily business support, user assistance, and issue resolution for warehouse applications.
• Configure and maintain warehouse settings, including pick sequences, warehouse profiles, and user security groups.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
• Coordinate API key management for test and production environments.
• Develop test scripts, execute testing activities, and obtain approvals for system changes.
• Travel between sites as needed and participate in after-hours support when required.
