Job summary

Conectiv's La Vergne, TN IT team is seeking an IT Analyst to support warehouse applications and infrastructure. You will bridge IT and business users, manage incidents, and help configure warehouse systems in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–5+ years in IT support within warehouse settings, with experience in Softeon WMS and strong troubleshooting skills. On-site work with potential after-hours support is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years IT support experience in corporate, manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments.
• Experience with Softeon WMS and warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical and application-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between IT and business users to define requirements for system enhancements and changes.
• Support and manage Team Dynamix incidents through resolution and closure.
• Provide daily IT support, user assistance, and issue resolution for warehouse applications.
• Support system hardware, networking issues, outages, and equipment setup.
• Configure and maintain warehouse settings, including security groups and access.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
• Coordinate API key management for test and production environments.
• Manage issue logs, customer communications, and project status updates.
• Develop test scripts and document results for approvals of changes.
