Job summary

Leviton seeks an IT Systems Analyst to support, maintain, and improve the core technology infrastructure enabling warehouse, distribution, and corporate operations. This role focuses on end-user computing, network connectivity, and server stability, with responsibilities spanning incident response and collaboration with enterprise teams to ensure reliable operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or related field and 3–7 years of experience supporting enterprise

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Technology, or related field.
3–7 years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, end-user computing, networking fundamentals.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary IT support owner for distribution center and corporate infrastructure stability, availability, and operational readiness.
Provide hands-on support for servers, workstations, laptops, thin clients, RF scanners, printers, and other endpoint devices.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and elevate issues related to LAN/WAN connectivity and network infrastructure.
Coordinate with enterprise teams to restore service and prevent recurring incidents.
Support infrastructure change activities including patching, hardware replacements, and maintenance windows.
