Job summary

World Market is hiring for Warehouse & Operations Technology Support at our Windsor, VA facility. You will support daily warehouse IT operations, including WMS systems, RF devices, printers, and related hardware.

You’ll document improvements with Operations and Engineering, assist with vendor escalations, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations to ensure uptime. You’ll also provide Level I/II user support across stores and DCs, manage device imaging and deployment, and maintain

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Korber/Infios WMS.
• Troubleshoot RF/handheld devices, label/laser printers, workstations, and wireless network issues in a warehouse.
• Experience supporting end users with technical issues and documenting resolutions.
• Experience using SQL to run queries and analyze data.
• Experience administering MDM/RMM for Android, iOS, Windows endpoints.
• Ability to develop scripts (PowerShell, Python, Bash) to automate tasks.
• Use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to draft docs, build workflows, or accelerate scripts.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse IT operations including WMS applications, RF scanning infrastructure, label printing, and related hardware.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to document, test, and implement process improvements to reduce downtime and improve throughput.
• Manage vendor escalations and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations for critical operational support needs.
• Provide Level I/II end-user support for stores, distribution centers, and corporate locations; troubleshoot RF guns, handheld scanners, and warehouse automation tools.
• Administer devices across locations, including imaging, deployment, and full documentation of rollout stages.
• Maintain device connectivity, network performance, and system integrations; administer AD, M365, Azure/Intune, Exchange Online, and SharePoint.
