Job summary

Raymond West is looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our Systems team in Cypress, CA. You will install iWAREHOUSE software from various vendors, connect hardware and software to customer networks, and train users on the interfaces.

The role requires strong communication, IT setup, and travel up to 50%. You will work with the sales project team before the sale to capture requirements and provide ongoing support after installation.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Computer Science preferred; five years related experience or training preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; organizational/time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to read/interpret technical documents.
• Willing to travel 50% locally and nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with iWAREHOUSE sales project team to capture system requirements.
• Work with customer IT staff to configure environment and network connectivity.
• Train customers on truck hardware interfaces and software after install.
• Conduct web-based training to support iWAREHOUSE products.
• Assist Raymond West technicians with IT questions related to iWAREHOUSE.
