Jing-Jin Electric North America, LLC located in Farmington Hills, MI, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a highly automated facility. You will oversee inventory, shipping, receiving, and safety while coordinating with planning and production teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow.

The role requires 4+ years in warehousing or material management in a supervisory capacity, with English proficiency and strong PC/Office skills.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor or Associates Degree
• Major: Supply Chain, Operations or Business Administration preferred
• Prior automotive industry experience is desirable
• 4+ years warehousing or material management experience in a managerial or lead role
• Familiar with standard inventory management processes and systems in the auto industry.
• Proficient English language skills are required.
• Proficient with PC and Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, staging and shipping to meet production and customer requirements.
• Assign daily work to direct reports, establish priorities, monitor hours and attendance, and provide training.
• Develop and maintain clear work instructions while identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve processes.
• Ensure ERP/WMS transactions are completed accurately and promptly, maintaining locations and quantities.
• Enforce FIFO and monitor shelf-life restrictions where applicable.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and communicate material availability with planning and production teams.
