Jing-Jin Electric North America is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Farmington Hills, MI to lead day-to-day inventory, receiving, storage, and shipping within a highly automated facility. You will guide a team, maintain accuracy, and ensure timely material flow in a BEV propulsion-focused operation.

The role requires 4+ years in warehousing or materials management in a leadership capacity, plus strong English skills and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.

Formación

• Bachelor or Associates Degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of warehousing or material management experience in a managerial or lead role.
• Experience in automotive industry and international business environment.
• Proficient English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, staging, line-side replenishment and shipping to meet production and customer requirements.
• Assign daily work to direct reports, set priorities, monitor hours and attendance, and ensure adherence to standard work.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, ERP/WMS usage, and proper labeling and document control.
• Develop and maintain clear work instructions while reducing waste and handling issues.
• Oversee safety, housekeeping, and equipment conditions, ensuring compliance with procedures.
