Job summary

Jing-Jin Electric North America, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Farmington Hills, MI to install, repair and maintain equipment and facilities. The role involves analyzing problems, coordinating with machine builders, and supporting continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of maintenance/engineering experience, a technical diploma or journeyperson status, and a strong background in electro-mechanics, quality, and EHS.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of maintenance/engineering experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Electrical licensing in Michigan is required for electricians per state requirements.
• Journeyperson status or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment to maintain maximum production and quality.
• Collaborate with Machine Builders to ensure successful builds from blueprints.
• Assist in sub-assembly of tooling and fixtures.
• Record operational data for preventive maintenance and setup.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and quality.
