Qualifications

Minimum two years in warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or logistics.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP/inventory systems preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to review purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documents accurately.

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming hardware, verify quantities, and sign delivery docs.
Compare received goods against packing slips and POs for accuracy.
Receive and transact inventory within SAP.
Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
Prepare orders for shipping and customer will-call pickups.
Create pull sheets and stage materials for fulfillment.
Prepare delivery tickets and shipping documentation.
Maintain accurate inventory records and material tracking.
Support order accuracy and timely shipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
Assist with inventory organization and stock movements.
