Responsibilities

Process daily shipping and receiving activities accurately and efficiently.
Receive, verify, and stock incoming vendor shipments using SAP warehouse management system.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Ensure order picking, packaging, and shipping processes consistently meet quality standards, protect products in transit, and exceed customer expectations.
Perform final inspection of products prior to shipment to ensure quality and accuracy.
Investigate and resolve vendor shipping discrepancies and related issues.
Conduct inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse and shop environment.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
