Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in Pleasanton, CA seeks a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a fully onsite role in a high-tech manufacturing environment. The position supports shipping, receiving, inventory and logistics with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

You will prepare, package, label shipments, inspect inbound material, move stock with pallet jacks, and maintain accurate records. Candidates should have warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, basic computer skills, and good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, label, and process outbound shipments.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and products.
• Assemble kits and stage materials for production and orders.
• Move materials using pallet jacks and other handling equipment.
• Load/unload and organize inventory with accurate records.
• Ensure shipments are accurate and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and replenishment.
• Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and production teams.
