Summary: The Warehouse Inventory Specialist is responsible for executing and managing the cycle counting process to maintain accurate and reliable product inventory. This role focuses on performing regular, systematic inventory counts, keeping precise records of all stock movements, identifying discrepancies, and implementing effective inventory control measures.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:

• Verify accuracy of all shipping documents and maintain comprehensive shipping data.
• Manage and execute physical inventory counts for all products.
• Monitor inventory counts, analyze variances, reconcile discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Perform daily cycle counts consistently and accurately.

Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum One (1) year of inventory experience preferred.
• One (1) to Two (2) years of warehouse experience required.
• At least One (1) year of forklift operation experience required.
• Basic computer or tablet skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
