Responsibilities

• Run reports to identify inventory issues and resolve problems
• Search for inaccuracies such as misplaced stock during weekly cycle counts
• Adjust inventory based on count differences using the ERP system
• Operate forklift to replenish pick bins with overstock
• Identify and process damaged inventory to maintain accuracy
• Return mispicked items to the correct bin location
• Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment
• Prepare repack wrap/kit lists and move products to put-away areas
• Meet efficiency, accuracy, and quality performance standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment by following safety guidelines and reporting hazards
• Collaborate with team and leadership to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals
• Abide by company and warehouse policies
• Flex into other positions and duties as needed

Job Summary

The Inventory Control Specialist role ensures the accuracy of the data in our internal systems compared to the physical counts of inventory. This position collaborates across departments to identify issues and resolve trends, presenting proactive solutions that serve our customers. Inventory Control Specialists work independently and efficiently across departmental teams and are expected to fulfill their responsibilities with precision and care

• Run various reports that identify potential systematic issues with inventory, investigate appropriately and resolve any found problems
• Search for inaccuracies and errors, such as misplaced stock, while conducting and processing scheduled weekly cycle counts
• Complete inventory adjustments based off differences in physical counts and research using the company’s ERP system
• Use forklift equipment to replenish pick bins with overstock product
• Identify and process damaged inventory throughout the warehouse to maintain accurate inventory levels
• Ensure that misplaced or mistakenly picked items are returned to the correct bin location
• Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment to fulfill job duties to ensure a safe work environment
• Pick wrap/kit list for repack items and transport completed product throughout the warehouse for put-away
• Meet all expected performance standards regarding efficiency, accuracy and quality of work
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and reporting any hazards to the appropriate leadership.
• Work closely with team members and leadership to meet daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goals
• Abide by all company and warehouse policies
• Flex into other positions and departments and undertake additional duties as necessary to support the overall operation
