Rain Carbon Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage inventory and material movements, including receiving, shipping, stocking, and SAP transactions. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and compliance within plant operations.

The candidate will perform cycle counts, inspections, and MRP coordination, while maintaining organized warehouse locations and supporting continuous process improvements. A high school diploma and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• 2–4 years of warehousing, inventory control, or material handling experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP software, and SAP Inventory Management (IM) preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical abilities, and problem solving; able to work independently or in a team.
• Forklift certification preferred or the ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage cycle counts and support year-end physical inventories.
• Perform routine warehouse inspections, inventory audits, and spot checks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy between physical inventory and SAP records.
• Monitor MRP reorder points and coordinate replenishment of stocked materials.
• Receive, inspect, stock, issue, transfer, and ship materials per procedures.
• Prepare shipments to ensure safe transport and unloading.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Create, review, and participate in Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
• Train employees on warehouse procedures and SAP processes.
