Job summary

Sempra Infrastructure is seeking a skilled warehouse coordinator to manage advanced inventory-control activities, resolve non-routine issues, and support process improvements. The role requires coordination of receiving, storage, transfer, and shipping with attention to documentation and audits.

Applicants should have 3+ years of related experience in an industrial setting and be proficient with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 3 years of related experience in industrial, energy, manufacturing, maintenance, or MRO warehouse.
• Experience using SAP or a comparable ERP system for receiving, inventory control, material issues, transfers, cycle counting, and work-order material support preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse reports and compliance, audit, or data-retention requirements related to warehousing.
• Ability to interpret warehouse reports and proactively flag potential issues.

Responsibilities

• Investigates inventory discrepancies and determines corrective actions using transaction history and operational records.
• Coordinates complex receiving, storage, transfer, and shipping activities that require resolution of atypical issues.
• Analyzes inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance data to identify operational trends and concerns.
• Coordinates warehouse audits and reconciliation activities and ensures supporting documentation satisfies established requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
