Job summary

Greenworks NA is seeking an Inventory Specialist at the Spanish Springs Distribution Center to maintain inventory accuracy in SAP, perform daily cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies. The role requires cross-functional teamwork with warehouse operations, planning, and finance to uphold inventory integrity.

The position entails standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and weekend/overtime availability.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Candidates may be subject to drug screen and background check.
• Familiarity with OSHA warehouse safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records in SAP.
• Perform daily cycle counts to ensure bin-level accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and apply corrective actions.
• Generate reports on count accuracy and bin capacity.
• Store items securely and ensure proper labeling and storage.
