Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of inventory, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and storing materials.
• Accept and sign for warehouse deliveries.
• Unload deliveries and verify quantities against packing slips.
• Enter received quantities into QuickBooks.
• Ensure materials are labeled and stored in designated locations within 48 hours.
• Coordinate outgoing shipments via UPS, FedEx, LTL, carriers, and couriers.
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment.
• Perform routine inventory counts and maintain weekly inventory records.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory management and warehouse efficiency.
