3PL Hub Inc. is seeking an Inventory Clerk to coordinate and process inventory in line with clients’ procedures. You will verify shipments, maintain accurate counts, and transfer products between locations while communicating with drivers and client services. The role emphasizes attention to detail and reliable data entry.

The position operates in a warehouse environment with standing, lifting, and routine movement of goods; prior experience with InOrder and Microsoft Office is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to two years inventory control or related experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual preferred, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be computer literate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Forklift experience.
• InOrder system knowledge is preferred.
• Extreme attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process inventory in accordance with AMS and clients' procedures.
• Report inventory issues and verify receipt of shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and counts.
• Transfer product between locations as needed.
• Communicate with truck drivers and Client Services.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Enter receipts, adjustments, and transfers into the system.
• Export inventory reports from InOrder to Excel.
