Job summary

BioTouch in Columbus, GA seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead inventory control, planning, and production scheduling at our largest facility in the medical kitting division. The role focuses on driving improvements, cost reduction, and on-time delivery to Path-Tec customers.

You will manage the supply chain team, collaborate with procurement, and report to Ops leadership. A degree and 5+ years of related experience are preferred; APICS is a plus. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in production, materials management, or related field required.
• Minimum 5+ years in production planning, procurement, and material management.
• APICS certification preferred but not required.
• May consider 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Leverages tools to drive continuous operational improvements and engages the supply chain team.
• Fosters and leads the continuous improvement roadmap for the supply chain.
• Accountable for all planning and inventory activities and on-time delivery.
• Owns inventory processes including cycling out slow-moving product and cycle counting accuracy.
• Collaborates with Procurement to maintain an abundant, on-time supply base.
• Identifies barriers, sets priorities, evaluates practices, and plans for production control success.
• Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures in logistics.
• Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply needs.
• Supports finance in cost-reduction-focused reviews and margin goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
