Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a proactive Warehouse Manager in Columbus, GA to oversee inventory, purchasing, and daily warehouse operations. You will manage stock levels, weekly counts, and all related documentation while mentoring staff and coordinating with internal teams to optimize workflow.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, food safety compliance, and audit readiness, with hands-on leadership to drive efficiency, accuracy, and cost control across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with two years of related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse purchasing and inventory, with weekly counts and proper documentation.
• Support LOB sales activities including product purchasing, rotation, placement, and mapping.
• Hire, train, and supervise warehouse staff; schedule to balance labor needs.
• Monitor reports to control spoilage and costs; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, audit-ready warehouse; comply with safety and food safety policies.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and facility security.
• Maintain proficiency in VendSys and LightSpeed; liaison with Director of Warehouse Operations.
• Step in to perform warehouse duties as needed.
