Job summary

Illuminate USA in Columbus, Ohio, seeks an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory operations at our 1.1 million-square-foot facility. You will own accuracy across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, drive cycle counts, audits, and RFID governance while partnering with Finance, Planning, Procurement, and Manufacturing to optimize material flow.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, logistics, business, or related field.
8+ years in inventory control, materials management, warehouse operations, or manufacturing.
5+ years of leadership experience managing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of approximately 20 inventory professionals through two Inventory Supervisors.
Own inventory accuracy, visibility, and control for Raw Materials, WIP, and Finished Goods.
Manage cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, and corrective action plans.
Oversee WMS inventory accuracy and transaction integrity across processes.
Lead investigations into discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Develop and enforce inventory control policies and governance.
