Job summary

BioTouch is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to lead staging and inventory operations at our Columbus, GA facility. You will monitor inventory issues, schedule staff, and report KPI results to ensure timely material flow between warehouses.

The role requires a HS diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred) and at least two years as a lead in inventory. You will analyze data, coordinate across departments, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2+ years as a lead in inventory department.
• Strong data analysis, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise and coach team members.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead staging and inventory operations at the Columbus, GA facility.
• Schedule personnel, establish priorities and monitor progress.
• Track KPIs and report results to the Warehouse Manager.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely material flow.
• Identify improvements and train staff on new processes.
