Job summary

ION Solar is seeking an Inventory Crew Member to support warehouse operations in Columbus, OH. You will maintain accurate inventory levels, receive stock, prepare reports, and help ensure order quality. forklift experience and data entry skills are preferred, along with strong communication and organizational abilities.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and willingness to submit to a Motor Vehicle Report. Solar industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Inventory analysis experience preferred.
• Solar or related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and MVRO (Motor Vehicle Report) willingness.

Responsibilities

• Conducts physical inventories to verify stock and identify losses.
• Evaluates warehouse materials to maintain quality.
• Loads and unloads trucks to receive stock or fill orders.
• Maintains documents and records (receipts, delivery logs, inventory, reports).
• Operates warehouse equipment (vehicles, pallet jacks, trailers).
• Prepares reports to maintain accurate records.
• Provides quality customer service in a warehouse setting.
• Receives stock to ensure order specifications, quantity, and quality.
• Analyzes discrepancies on orders/invoices to correct errors or return items to vendors.
• Responds to inquiries regarding invoices, billing, status of deliveries.
